What Even Is Task Goblin?

Short Answer: A seasoned professional who helps you get your shit together

Long Answer: It’s more of a ‘WHO’

Hey there! I’m Dillon — originally from Kansas City, but I’ve called the PNW home since 2011. These days, my household is full of way too many cats, a handful of dogs, and a steady stream of friends and family coming and going, so I know firsthand that life doesn't always fit neatly into a productivity system.

I'm a trans man and spent most of my career working in tech, sales, and leadership. For more than 13 years, I've built my career around helping people solve problems, overcome obstacles, and accomplish things that once felt out of reach. I've led high-performing teams, launched new business divisions, managed teams across multiple states, and coached hundreds of people toward greater confidence and success.

I've also spent a lot of time figuring out how to work with my own ADHD instead of against it.

I've tried the apps, hacks, schedules, gadgets, and endless advice about how I'm supposed to organize my life. And while some of those things can be useful, I've learned that there isn't a one-size-fits-all solution. Our brains, homes, schedules, budgets, responsibilities, and lives are all wildly different.

What consistently works for me is much simpler: another person alongside me.

An extra set of eyes. Someone to help me figure out where to start. A little structure when everything feels scattered. Sometimes just a body double while I find my momentum.

I've watched that same approach work with the people I've managed and coached throughout my career. Instead of trying to force everyone into the same system, I've learned to meet people where they are, figure out what actually works for them, and help them build momentum.

That's the idea behind Task Goblin.

I'm not here to tell you how you should work. I'm here to help you figure out what works for you—whether that means tackling a doom pile, making a phone call, organizing your house, dealing with life admin, or simply having someone there while you finally get started.

And when we finish the thing you've been stuck on?

We celebrate. Because getting shit done counts.

If you've been putting it off, feeling stuck, or don't know where to start, you're in the right place.

Virtual and in-person support for the tasks you've been avoiding—from doom piles and organizing to paperwork, life admin, and projects that feel impossible to start or worse - Finish.
