Sunday doesn't have to be the day you spend worrying about everything you didn't get done.
Sunday Scaries Task Force is a 90-minute virtual group session where we tackle the stuff hanging over your head before the week starts.
Bring your emails, laundry, paperwork, calendar, dishes, meal planning, job applications, homework, errands, doom piles, or that one task you've been avoiding for three weeks.
We'll work on our own things together — no productivity lectures, no pressure to share, and no judgment if your "workspace" is your couch.
Every Sunday • 11:00 AM–12:30 PM
Virtual • Cameras optional
What to expect:
Quick check-in and choose what you're tackling
Focus time with other people working alongside you
A short break
A focused work block
Quick wins/check-out before you go
You don't have to finish everything. You just have to start.
Come as you are. Pajamas encouraged. Doom piles welcome.
